About us

A medium-sized firm with a long professional memory.

Lamberts Property Management specialises in residential block management across London and the surrounding area, drawing on more than a hundred years of combined experience among our directors, property managers and surveying staff.

How we work

Every block is assigned an experienced, dedicated property manager and a client accountant, and where appropriate a chartered building surveyor — creating a small, dynamic team for each client rather than passing files around a department.

We manage property for a wide range of clients: private freehold investors, Residential Management Companies, Right to Manage companies, developers, charities and institutional landlords, including mixed-use portfolios with dedicated commercial property managers.

Residential property management requires an increasing degree of professionalism as the law and regulation keep changing. We treat keeping up with that as part of the service, not an overhead.

What we stand for

Four commitments we hold ourselves to.

Personal service, genuinely

Leaseholders and directors deal with people who know the building, not a call queue. One property manager owns the relationship.

Qualified and current

We invest in our employees so they stay on top of changes in law and regulation, and encourage recognised professional qualifications — most of our managers are IRPM members recording continuing professional development.

Detail is the job

Budgets, compliance records, contractor performance and correspondence get the same attention as the headline issues. Our clients are our uttermost duty.

Flexible instructions

Full management of a 400-home estate or targeted support for a self-managing board — the scope is set by what you actually need.

Where we work

Concentrated in greater London, covering a wide area beyond it.

Our office sits at Finsbury Circus in the City, a short walk from most of the blocks we look after — close enough to attend site properly, and experienced enough to manage developments further afield.
